Data Acquisition System – Framework Agreement For The Procurement Of Mobile Data Acquisition For The Rescue Service In The Recklinghausen District. The Subject Of The Tender Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement As An Evb-It System Contract With A Company And A Contract Term Of 48 Months. The Present Framework Agreement Can Be Extended Unilaterally By The Client For A Further 12 Months. The Contract Term Of The Framework Agreement Begins On The Day After The Contract Is Awarded. In Addition To The Recklinghausen District, The Following Bodies Are Entitled To Access Services As Required Under The Conditions Set Out In The Framework Agreement: - The District Municipalities Of Castrop-Rauxel, Datteln, Dorsten, Gladbeck, Haltern Am See, Herten, Marl, Oer-Erkenschwick, Waltrop And Recklinghausen. - The Vest Rescue School - German Red Cross / Recklinghausen District Ggmbh As Well As The Aid Organizations And Companies Active In The Municipalities In The Rescue Service / Patient Transport And Otherwise In Accordance With Sections 1 Para. 1, 13 Para. The Maximum Retrieval From The Framework Agreement Is 1,500,000.00 Euros Plus Sales Tax. Once The Maximum Value Is Reached, No Further Calls Can Be Made From The Framework Agreement. There Is No Obligation To Purchase Beyond The Minimum Purchase Quantity Specified In The Tender Documents Until The Maximum Value Is Reached.
