E-Learning Services – University Of Cologne - Bl Units For Starting Opportunities Program. The Mercator Institute For Language Development And German As A Second Language Intends To Commission An External Service Provider For The Language Education Competence Center With The Technical Implementation And Design Development Of Blended Learning Units. In The Period From 2026 To 2029, Around 155 Existing Blended Learning Units Are To Be Successively Revised Technically And With Regard To A New Design Developed For The Starting Opportunities Program, And An Additional 61 New Units Corresponding To The Project Design Are To Be Developed And Implemented. The Aim Is To Build A High-Quality, Multimedia And Interactive Further Education And Training Program That Supports Teachers And Educational Specialists Nationwide In The Data-Based Promotion Of Learners Linguistic Skills In The Context Of Multilingualism And Immigration.
