The New Building Of The “Neuer Campus Zentralklinikum” Is The Largest Construction Project In The State Of Saxony-Anhalt And Is Critical To The Future Viability Of The Location On Leipziger Straße. The Planning And Construction Implementation Is Divided Into Several Individual, Interdependent Individual Projects. The Subject Of The Order Is The Project Management Services (With All Five Areas Of Action According To Aho) For The Rapid Turnkey Construction Of The Multi-Functional Building For The Central Food Supply, Cafeteria And Library According To Aho, Issue No. 9 (6Th Edition As Of May 2025), Project Management Services In The Construction And Real Estate Industry. The Intention Is To Award The Contract In Stages In Just Two Stages, Whereby Only The First Stage Is Awarded The Contract And The Second Stage Can Be Commissioned Optionally. There Is No Legal Right To Commission The Second Stage. The First Stage Covers Stage 1 According To Aho (Project Preparation) And Those Partial Services From Stage 2 According To Aho (Planning) That Are Required Until The General Planner Has Completed The Draft Planning And To Prepare The Implementation Decision Of The Ministry Of Finance Of The State Of Saxony-Anhalt (Mf). The Second Stage, If This Is Called Up (This Requires In Particular An Implementation Decision By The Mf), Therefore Covers All Further Services Of Stage 2 According To Aho (Planning) From The Approval Planning Of The General Planner As Well As Stages 3 To 5 According To Aho (Execution Preparation, Execution And Project Completion). Given The Complexity Of The Technical Systems, The Contractor Should Also Be Responsible For The Technical Commissioning Management Based On Vdi 6039 And The Current Amev.
