Miscellaneous Compounds For Microscopes – Upgrading And Ensuring The Functionality Of The Fei/Philips Cm100/Tecnai Microscope. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Upgrade Of The Existing Fei/Philips Cm100/Tecnai Scanning Electron Microscope With A Unit For Performing Scanning Transmission Electron Microscopy (Stem). The Stem Unit Must Be Technically And Functionally Fully Compatible With The Existing Microscope And Must Enable Its Integrated Operation As A Single System. The Unit Must Include: - Electronics For Controlling The Scanning Lenses, - Light And Dark Field Detectors, - Appropriate Amplifiers And Filters Necessary For The Proper Operation Of The System.
