The Only Difference Between The Two Systems Will Be The Scaling Of The Systems. In The Following Sections, System Will Be Understood As Both Scada Systems. The Task Will Be Awarded To One Tenderer, But Separate Contracts Will Be Entered Into For Water And Wastewater Respectively. The Service Is Described In Detail In The Document Requirement Specification For New Scada System.
