Postal Services Related To Letters – Schwarzwald-Baar-Kreis District - Awarding Of Postal Services In An Open Procedure According To Vgv. The Contracted Service Includes The Collection, Franking As Well As The Nationwide And International Transport And Delivery Of All Types Of Mail From The Client (Physical Mail) Up To An Individual Weight Of 2,000 Grams As Well As The Collection Of Incoming Mail From The Mail Center (Principals Mailbox) And Its Delivery To The Clients Post Office. The Transport Of Postal Items In Standard Format (So-Called Standard Letters) Is The Main Subject Of The Postal Services To Be Provided. Postal Delivery Orders Are Not The Subject Of The Procedure. There Will Be No Tendering In Lots. The Majority Of Physical Mail (Over 90 Percent) Goes To Recipients In Baden-Württemberg. The Details Of The Services To Be Provided Can Be Found In The Price Sheet (Appendix 2 To This Guide) And The Draft Contract (Appendix 3 To This Guide).
