Tenders are invited for Graphic Designer for Booklet Development and Design Deadline: Sunday, 15. Mar 2026 Mada is seeking a qualified Graphic Designer to work on the design of a developed curriculum under the project entitled Strengthening the Resilience of Vulnerable Women, Young Adults, and Men in Lebanon through Livelihood Improvement and Increased Food Security, funded by the German Cooperation (BMZ) and implemented by Mada Association in partnership with arche nova. The project supports the transition to agroecology and improves access to food by strengthening the resilience of vulnerable women, young adults, and men in Lebanon. It aims to build more resilient, economically stable, and food-secure communities by addressing livelihood and food security challenges through a comprehensive approach. The project has a 110-page curriculum, divided on 5 sessions, on fodder production. The aim is to develop and design a concise, farmer-friendly booklet summarizing the key ideas for distribution. JOB SUMMARY The Graphic Designer will be in charge of: Review the curriculum and extract main ideas. This can be completed with the support of a veterinary or an animal production agriculture Engineer. Simplify technical content for farmer comprehension.Mada will be responsible of the review and approval of the final version. Organize the content logically for the booklet layout of around 30 pages. Design the booklet layout including headings, text, images, and tables. Create a professional front and back cover. Ensure a visually appealing and reader-friendly design. Deliver a print-ready PDF and digital version. Incorporate up to 23 rounds of feedback from the project team. Revise content and design to ensure accuracy and clarity. DELIVERABLES 23 proposed layout and design options (cover, inside pages, fonts, color palette, and visual style) for Madas review and feedback. Final approved design template aligned with Madas and donors visibility and branding guidelines. Fully developed and designed booklet in print-ready and digital formats (PDF and editable version). Designed cover and end pages consistent with Madas visual identity. Editable source files (InDesign, Illustrator, or equivalent) submitted to Mada for future updates. The first draft design and content should be submitted within two weeks following the contract award, and the full mission should be completed within three weeks. QUALIFICATIONS University Degree or Technical Degree in Graphic Designing Strong practical background in graphic design, including the use of design software such as Adobe Design Premium, In-Design, Adobe Illustrator, etc. Show a clear and mature style of design, demonstrating an understanding of the communication requirements of Mada Proven experience of graphic production from start to published/printed product with knowledge of printing processes (offset and digital) and colour management Working experience in development or humanitarian projects is desirable How to apply Please send an email to
