Tenders are invited for Development of an Innovative Teacher Professional Development Solution Reaching Out-Of-School Children Despite Kadunas historical reputation as the Centre of Learning, the state continues to experience high numbers of out-of-school children, particularly girls, children with disabilities, and children affected by poverty and displacement. Challenges related to access, retention, completion, and learning outcomes are further compounded by limited teacher professional development opportunities. Under Outcome 2 of the ROOSC project, Save the Children seeks to strengthen the quality of teaching and learning by enhancing teacher competencies and supporting continuous professional development through innovative delivery approaches.
