Since 2005, Innovative Energie Für Pullach Gmbh Has Been Supplying The Community Of Pullach In The Isar Valley With District Heating By Generating Heat From Deep Geothermal Energy, As Well As Expanding And Operating A Distribution Network To Supply Heat To Households, Municipalities And Commercial Businesses. Around 1,300 Households And Businesses Are Currently Connected To The Network. In Addition To The Existing Three Operating Wells And The Associated Power Plant, New Wells Are Planned To Supply Pullach Completely And Seamlessly With Renewable Heat By 2027, But Also To Cover Part Of The Increased Demand In The Surrounding Regions Of Pullach. The Iep Is Therefore Planning At Least 3 Plus Optionally 2 Deep Boreholes, Each With Approx. 4,500 M Md, In The South Of Pullach. Lot 13: Expansion Is Essential For The Timely And Professional Construction Of The Associated Heating (Power) Plant.
