Design, supply, installation and commissioning of one (1) fully integrated Virtual TVET Mobile Smart Classroom Kit as a pilot Centre of Excellence Deployment and operationalisation of a competency-based Learning Management System (LMS) with cloud-based and local/offline functionality, including synchronisation mechanisms with competency mapping, assessment, analytics and reporting functionalities Integration of perpetual-licensed, production-ready interactive 3D and XR (VR/MR/AR) learning modules in the domains of Automotive, HVAC, Electrical and Renewable Energy technologies Delivery of structured national-level capacity-building programmes, including leadership & institutional transformation workshops, Train-the-Trainer programmes and digital pedagogy training Advisory support for institutional readiness, governance frameworks, sustainability planning and phased scale-up.
