The Refresh Domains Project Concerns The Replacement Of Ceilings And Lighting And The Repair Of Fire-Resistant Penetrations Within Various Domains Of The Municipal Office Building. The Work Is Necessary Due To The Current Technical Condition Of The Facilities. The Existing Ceiling Is Damaged In Many Places, Partly Unstable And In Some Places Even Unsafe. In Addition, A Recent Inventory Has Shown That A Significant Number Of Fire-Resistant Penetrations No Longer Meet The Applicable Fire Safety Requirements.
