Subject Of The Order.1. Name Given To The Order By The Ordering Party: Reconstruction Of Zbożowa And Dożynkowa Streets In Zielona Góra Consisting Of Construction Of A Sidewalk.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Reconstruction Of Ul. Zbożowa And Dożynkowa In Zielona Góra, Consisting Of The Construction Of A Sidewalk With Three Pedestrian Crossings (Two Raised And One Ordinary) And The Renovation Of Entrances To The Property Made Of Concrete Paving Stones. The Scope Of The Task Also Includes Lighting Pedestrian Crossings And Eliminating Street Lighting Conflicts In Zbożowa And Dożynkowa Streets.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex I.4 To The Swz And In The Documents Referred To In Point 3.4. Swz.4. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation And The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Contained In Annex I.6 To The Swz. 5. The Ordering Party Informs That For The Scope Specified In Point 3.2. Swz, The Cost Estimate (Quantity) Was Accepted Based On The Offer Cost Estimates Included In Annex No. I.7.1 And Annex No. I.7.2 To Swz.6. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Completed Work Covered By The Contract For A Period Of Min. 48 Months And Warranty For Work Defects For A Period Exceeding The Warranty By 6 Months. Product Names, Trademarks, Patents Or Origins Used In The Swz Together With Attachments Should Be Treated As Examples - The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Products (Materials, Equipment). An Equivalent Product Is A Product That Has The Same Functional, Visual, Material And Technical Features As The Specific Product Indicated In The Swz But Is Marked With A Different Trademark, Patent Or Origin. The Quality Of An Equivalent Product Cannot Be Worse Than That Described In The Subject Of The Order, Cannot Lower The Standard In Any Way And Cannot Change The Principles And Technical Solutions Adopted In This Tor, And Thus Deprive The User Of Any Performance, Functionality Or Usefulness Described Or Resulting From The Tor.
