1. The Subject Of The Order Is Translation Services Of The Marshals Office Of The Łódź Voivodeship (Department Of Regional Policy And Foreign Cooperation (Pr), Chancellery Of The Regional Council (Ks), Department Of Entrepreneurship And Just Transition (Pst), Department Of Sport And Tourism (Spt)) And The Transfer Of Copyrights Together With Dependent Rights To The Translations To The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject. Order, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Contract. 2. Translation Services Include The Provision Of Written Translation Services (Including Written Translation By Ear, E.G. Audio And Video Files) And Oral Translation Services (Including Online Interpreting And Live Translation During Simultaneous Translations) From Polish Into A Foreign Language, From A Foreign Language Into Polish And From A Foreign Language Into Another Foreign Language. 3. The Translations Will Concern Various Types Of Documents (Including Studies, Invoices, Information And Promotional Texts, Texts Related To The Subject Of European Funds) As Well As Events And Meetings Related To The Activities Of The Łódź Voivodeship, Current Events, Development Of The Region, Including Local Government Public Administration, Interregional And International Cooperation, Environmental Protection, Agriculture, Health Care, Social Affairs, Culture, Education, Tourism, Finance, Economy And Entrepreneurship, As Well As The Implementation Of Programs Co-Financed By The European Union And Activities Related To Projects Implemented Under The Above-Mentioned Programs. Translations May Also Concern The Current Social, Economic Or Political Situation As Well As Related National And International Events. 4. Translations Concern Languages Divided Into 4 Groups: 1) Group I: English, German, French, Russian;2) Group Ii: Ukrainian, Italian, Spanish, Czech, Slovak, Dutch, Hungarian, Lithuanian, Portuguese, Romanian, Serbian, Croatian, Bulgarian;3) Group Iii: Latvian, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Slovenian, Turkish, Belarusian, Finnish, Estonian; 4) Group Iv: Other European And Non-European Languages (Including Languages Using Ideograms).
