1. The Subject Of The Order Are Road Works Related To Horizontal And Vertical Markings On Roads Managed By The Capital City Of Warsaw. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In The Documentation: A) The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz; B) Bills Of Quantities Made In The Simplified Cost Estimate System Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Provides The Bills Of Quantities In The Simplified Form In The Pdf Format As Binding; C) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz.3. Scope Of Work To Performance Under The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Installing New Road Signs, 2) Replacing Damaged And Stolen Road Signs And Posts, 3) Removing Or Moving Existing Signs And Posts, 4) Dismantling And Installing Road Traffic Engineering Devices, 5) Renovating Existing Road Markings, 6) Applying New Road Signs, 7) Placing And Supplementing Missing Reflective Point Elements (Cat Eyes), 8) Placing, Supplementing And Renewing Traffic Safety Devices, Including Including Fences And Speed Bumps.4. The Materials Used Must Be Brand New, Have Appropriate Certificates And Approvals And Meet The Standards Provided For By Law.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Warranty For The Subject Of The Order For A Period Of 24 Months 7. The Contractor Undertakes To: A) Be Liable For Any Damages That May Be Suffered By The Ordering Party And Third Parties In Connection With The Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Those Related To Improper Performance. B) To Ensure The Preparation Of As-Built Construction And Surveying Documentation In A Printed And Electronic Version At Its Own Expense - At The Request Of The Ordering Party As Part Of Indirect Costs Kp. 8. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts. The Justification For Not Dividing The Order Into Parts Is Included In Section Iii, Section 9 Of The Contract. 10. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform The Key Tasks Of The Subject Of The Order.11.
