General Information: 1) The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In Replacing The Floor On The Ground Floor Of The Building And In The Staircase Along With Preparing The Ground In The Building Of The Social Welfare House In Prószków At Ul. Zamkowa 2.2) The Order Is Carried Out As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Functional Layout Of The Dps Building In Prószków, Ul. Zamkowa 2.3) The Works Will Be Carried Out In An Active Public Utility Facility, Therefore The Contractor Is Obliged To Organize The Works In A Way That Ensures The Safety Of Residents And Staff And The Continuity Of The Facilitys Operation.2. Material Scope Of The Order1) Replacing The Floor On The Ground Floor Of The Building - Approx. 450 M² (Pvc Carpet).2) Replacing The Floor In The Staircase - Approx. 170 M² (Ceramic Tiles). The Total Area Covered By The Works Is Approx. 620 M². The Quantities Given Are Estimates And Are Used To Calculate The Offer Price.3. Scope Of Workthe Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Preparation And Appropriate Protection Of Work Sites, Including Protection Of Communication Routes, Walls, Joinery And Equipment, 2) Dismantling Of Existing Pvc Floor Coverings And Ceramic Tiles, 3) Cleaning And Preparation Of The Substrate For Further Work, 4) Execution Of Leveling Screeds (Self-Leveling) In Accordance With The Technological Requirements Of The Floor Covering Manufacturer, 5) Installation Of A New Floor Covering Along With The Covering On The Walls (Plinths) And Installation Ceramic Cladding,6) Carrying Out The Necessary Finishing Works,7) Removal, Management And Disposal Of Construction Waste (Including Rubble And Dismantled Pvc Floor Coverings) In Accordance With Applicable Law,4. Technical Requirements For Materials: 1) Floor Coveringa) Type Of Carpet - Homogeneous, B) Purpose: - Commercial - Very Intensive Use, Class 34, - Industrial - Intensive Use, Class 43.C) Anti-Slip Properties - Required, D) Abrasion Group - The Highest T, E) Color And Pattern - To Be Agreed With The Ordering Party.2) Ceramic Tiles: A) Due To The Communication And Evacuation Function Of The Staircase In A Public Building, It Is Required To Use Stoneware Tiles With Improved Technical Parameters (High Abrasion Resistance And Anti-Slip Properties). B) Stair Steps Must Be Equipped With Anti-Slip Elements (Grooves Or System Strips). C) Color And Pattern - To Be Agreed With The Ordering Party.
