The Subject Of The Order Are Renovation And Adaptation Works Necessary For The Operation Of The Social Social Center And The Implementation Of Social Services Within The Social Social Services Center In The Strzyżewice 108C Building As Part Of The Project: Social Services Center In The Strzyżewice Commune, Co-Financed By The European Union From The European Social Fund Plus Under The European Funds For Lubelskie 2021-2027 Program, Measure 8.5 Social Services Priority Viii Increasing Cohesion Social The Following Works Are To Be Performed: 1) General Construction Works: Demolition Works, Construction Of A New Roof Covering, Insulation Of Walls, Replacement Of Windows And Doors, Construction Of New Floors, Partition Walls, Suspended Ceilings, Plastering And Painting Works, 2) Electrical Installations, 3) External Sanitary Installations (Sanitary Sewage Systems), Internal Sanitary Installations, 4) Construction Of Access Roads And Parking Spaces. The Scope Of The Contractor Includes Also: - Commissioning And Handing Over Of All Devices And Installations For Use Along With The Necessary Documentation, - Participation In The Acceptance By The Competent Authorities In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. The Schedule And During The Implementation Of The Works Should Take Into Account The Following Circumstances: - The School Facility Remains In Use Throughout The Duration Of The Investment, - The Need To Plan The Works In Strict Consultation With The Investors Supervision Inspectors. The Detailed Scope, Requirements And Conditions For The Execution Of The Works Covered By The Subject Order Are Specified In The Construction And Technical Designs, Bills Of Quantities And Technical Specifications Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Constituting Annexes To This Tor. The Contractors Obligations Under The Task And The Offer Price Include: 1) Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Construction Practice And Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Applicable Standards And Provisions Of Construction Law, On The Terms And Conditions Set Out In This Contract And With Due Care And Within The Contractual Deadlines; 2) The Contractor Is Responsible For Full Control Of The Works And The Quality Of The Incorporated Materials. The Contractor Will Provide An Appropriate Control System, Including Personnel, Laboratory, Equipment, Supplies And All Devices Necessary For Sampling And Testing Materials And Works; 3) Submitting, Before Signing The Contract, A Copy Of The Construction Managers Qualifications In The Construction And Construction Specialization Or Corresponding Equivalent Construction Authorizations Issued On The Basis Of Previously Applicable Regulations, And In The Case Of Foreign Contractors - Construction Authorizations To Manage Equivalent To Those Indicated Above. 4) Submitting, Before Signing The Contract, A Copy Of The Works Managers Authorizations In The Installation Specialty In The Field O
