1 The Subject Of The Order Is The General Overhaul Of 2 Pieces Of Overhead Loaders Of The Łzk-6P Type, Hereinafter Referred To As The Renovation. 2 Renovation Of The Charger Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Manufacturers Technical And Operational Documentation, Which Results From § 508 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Energy Of November 23, 2016 On Detailed Requirements For The Operation Of Underground Mining Plants. An Extract From The Technical And Operational Documentation Of The Loader Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To The Contract Template.3 As Part Of The Renovation, The Contractor Will Ensure: 1) Collection Of The Loader Being The Subject Of Renovation From The Premises Of The Ordering Party - Warehouse Of Kopalnia Soli Wieliczka S.A., 32-020 Wieliczka, Park Kingi 1, Its Transport To The Place Of Renovation And Its Delivery To The Ordering Party After The Renovation Between 7.00 A.M. - 1.00 P.M. On Business Days (Monday To Friday), 2) Purchase And Delivery Of Materials And Spare Parts Included In The List Of Spare Parts For The Loader, Included In Its Technical And Operational Documentation Or Equivalent, With An Appropriate Certificate Of Conformity, Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Renovation, 3) Provision Of All Services Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Renovation, 4) Equipment Necessary For The Renovation. 3.4 The Renovation Will Include: 1) Washing And Cleaning Of Individual Components Of The Loader, 2) Renovation And Painting The Body With The Operators Cover, 3) Assessment Of Wear Of Individual Elements And Connections, 4) Regeneration, Completion Or Replacement Of Individual Parts Of The Device, In Particular The Following Assemblies: A) Loader Chassis (Gears, Wheel Sets, Clutch), B) Loader Body, C) Cradle With Bucket, D) Bearings, Chains, Ropes, Springs, Rods, Seals, E) Control System Elements (Air Distributors, Air Lubricator With Filter, Non-Return Valve, Cut-Off Valve, Safety Valve, Power Supply Cables), F) Pneumatic Engine With Chassis Muffler, 5) Installation Of The Warning Signaling System, 6) Assembly Of The Entire Device, 7) Operational Tests At The Testing Station, 5 The Renovation Will Be Carried Out In The Contractors Workshop. 6 The Renovation Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Current State Of Technical Knowledge, Principles Of Good Engineering Practice And Current Standards For Renovation Of Devices And Explosion-Proof Components.7 After The Renovation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Issue A Renovation Certificate With A List Of All Parts Replaced With New Ones. The Certificate Should Show That The Charger Still Meets The Requirements For Use In Underground Mine Workings With A Methane Explosion Hazard Level Of A, B Or C.
