Pedestrians.3) Obtaining And Submitting To The Ordering Party The Necessary Final Decisions To Implement The Investment: Including: Zrid, Water Permit And Other Necessary Administrative Decisions/Permits Enabling The Commencement And Conduct Of Future Construction Works, Along With The Performance Of Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction Works Based On The Design Documentation Developed By The Contractor To The Extent And Under The Conditions Specified In The Tender Documentation And The Contract.3.
