Scope Of The Order: Truck With Driver - 1 Piece. Car Parameters: Self-Unloading Truck, Three-Way Tipper, With Side Walls Divided Into At Least Two Parts, Equipped With A Tarpaulin Securing The Load On The Load Box. The Floor Of The Load Box Should Be Located At A Maximum Height Of 130 Cm From The Road Surface. A Vehicle With A Load Capacity Of 6 - 10 Tons, With A Rear Hitch Enabling The Connection Of A Working Machine Or A Two-Axle Trailer With A Total Weight Of 14,000 Kg Gvm On Which The Working Machine (Renovator) Is Mounted. Load Box Length Min. 5.0 M (Inside). The Cabin Is Registered And Adapted To Transport 3 People (Driver + 2 Passengers). Method Of Order Execution: 1) The Equipment With Operator Support (Driver, Operator) Should Be Provided Upon Telephone Request By A Designated Employee Of The Ordering Party, Within A Previously Agreed Time - A Minimum Of 20/18/16 Hours (In Accordance With The Contractors Offer), Before The Planned Execution Of The Work - Date, And In The Case Of Requiring Emergency Intervention, A Maximum Of 4/3/2 Hours (In Accordance With The Contractors Offer). 2) The Minimum Scope Of A Single Order Will Include One Man-Hour. The Works Will Be Commissioned Systematically As Part Of The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party Until The Contract With The Contractor Is Exhausted In Terms Of Quantity Or Time.3) The Operating Time Of The Equipment (Man-Hours) Is Counted From The Moment The Equipment Is Delivered To The Designated Place Of Work Or To The Headquarters Of The Road Circuit.4) The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Consent To The Installation Of A Vehicle Location System In The Form Of Gps Transmitters And Monitoring In The Provided Equipment At The Ordering Partys Expense And To Immediately Return It The Above-Mentioned Transmitter, After The Expiry Or Termination Of The Contract, Under The Terms Specified In The Contract, B) Maintaining Law And Order In The Area Of The Works Performed, C) Performing The Work In Such A Way As To Limit Traffic Disruptions To The Minimum Necessary, D) Keeping Records Of The Works Performed On An Ongoing Basis By Keeping A
