The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of Paderewskiego Street In Żagań, Including The Construction Of An Asphalt Concrete Road Surface And A Sidewalk, Accesses To The Property And Exits From Concrete Blocks, In Accordance With The Design By Ewa Milewska-Mrożek, Running A Business Under The Company Ewa Milewska-Mrożek Construction Supervision And Design Road Design Office M.Sc. Eng. Agnieszka Milczewska Ul. Halicka 4, 68-100 Żagań, Which Is An Annex To The Swz. 4.3. In Addition, The Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Implementation Of Temporary Traffic Organization Together With Obtaining Agreements And Opinions, B) Introduction Of Temporary Traffic Organization, C) Taking Into Account All Exits To Existing Properties, D) Lowering The Perimeter At The Entrances To The Property And In Places Where Rainfall Is Collected. 4.4. The Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Are Only Of Auxiliary Nature And Cannot Constitute The Only Basis For The Valuation Of The Offer. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carefully Check And Estimate The Amount Of Required Works Against The Design Documentation. Due To The Fact That The Contract For The Works In Question Will Include A Lump Sum Remuneration, In The Event Of A Larger Quantity Of Specific Works Included In The Project In Any Bill Of Quantities Item During The Works, It Cannot Be Considered Additional Works Requiring Additional Remuneration. Any Lack Of Necessary Works Resulting From The Design Documentation In The Bill Of Quantities Does Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Perform Them Based On The Design At The Contract Price. Due To The Above, The Contractor Cannot Refer To Any Deficiencies In The Bill Of Quantities And Demand An Increase In Remuneration Based On Them. If Any Discrepancies Are Noticed Between Individual Elements Of The Works Program, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ask The Ordering Party For Their Explanation Before Submitting The Offer, Because As Part Of The Remuneration Given In The Offer, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Necessary Works Provided For In Any Of The Documents Constituting An Annex To The Swz. The Contractors Offer Should Include All Necessary Works To Ensure The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order.4.5. Other Additional Information To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Parts Of The Order; 2) The Ordering Party Requires That In The Event Of Entrusting Part Of The Order To Subcontractors, The Contractor Should Indicate These Parts Of The Order In The Offer And, If Known, Provide The Names Of The Subcontractors; 3) The Ordering Party Does Not Award The Contract In Parts And Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers, Because Dividing The Order Into Parts Or Allowing The Submission Of Partial Offers Would Involve Excessive Technical Difficulties In Execution Of The Task, Lack Of Coordination And Excessive Costs Of Contract Executio
