The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation For The Investment Task Consisting In The Expansion Of The District Road No. 1220L On The District Border - Bystrzyca Section In The Scope Of: - Regulation Of The Legal Status Of The Boundaries Of The Road, - Preparation Of Design Documentation For All Industries To The Extent Necessary To Obtain Permits To Carry Out Construction Works And To Announce Public Procurement Procedures For The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Expansion Of A Class Z Road From Km 2+325 To Km 12+710, Including Strengthening And Correction Of The Geometry Of The Road And Shoulders (Road And Asphalt Shoulders), Sidewalks And Other Road Elements). An Indicative Plan Showing The Location Of The Investment Task Is Attached As Annex No. 10 To The Swz. Documentation Is Required Both To Obtain A Permit To Perform The Works From The Architectural And Construction Administration Body, As Well As To Conduct A Public Procurement Procedure For Construction Works. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Development And Submission To The Ordering Party, Within 14 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract, Of A Schedule Of Design Works Specifying The Deadlines For The Preparation Of Individual Components Of The Design Documentation, Administrative Decisions And Opinions, As Well As Arrangements Required By Law, Within The Deadline Specified In The Contract; 2) Development Of A Land Development Concept. As Part Of The Concept, It Is Necessary To:• Describe The Existing Condition And Prepare A Drawing Of The Existing Normal Cross-Section;• Present A Preliminary Design Of Land Development And Surface Structure Along With Cross-Sections In Characteristic Places (The Ordering Party Has Maps For Design Purposes Made In 2025 During The Adjustment Of The Road Boundaries, Which Can Serve As An Auxiliary Element),• Identify Any Collisions That May Occur;3) Preparation Of Starting Materials For Carrying Out Procedures Related To The Preparation Of Division Maps (List Of Properties That Will Be Divided Or Taken Over In Their Entirety Under The District Road And For Which Time Restrictions Will Be Introduced In Connection With Road Construction);4) Preparation Of A Site Plan With The Final Planned Line Demarcating The Road And Temporary Occupancy Marked;5) Preparation Of A Surveying Project For The Division Of Real Estate For The Implementation Of A Road Investment For Purposes Related To Obtaining A Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment (Hereinafter Referred To As The Zrid Decision) - In The Amount Of 5 Copies;6) Obtaining Current Maps For Design Purposes To The Extent Necessary To Develop A Construction Design (The Ordering Party Has Maps For Design Purposes Made In 2025 During The Regulation Of The Boundaries Of The Road, Which May Serve As An Auxiliary Element);7) Obtaining, On Behalf Of The Investor, Decisions On Environmental Conditi
