General And Vocational Education. Training Goal: The Hard Soldering Training Aims To Provide Participants With Knowledge And Skills Related To The Hard Soldering Process, I.E. Joining Alloy Elements, As Well As The Use Of Gas Burners. Training Participants: The Training Participants Will Be 13 Project Participants From The District School Complex No. 2 In Kościerzyna - 12 Technical Secondary School Students And 1 Vocational Education Teacher. Participants Will Be Divided Into Two Groups During Practical Classes, But Will Not Be Divided Into Groups During Theoretical Classes. The Recruitment Of Training Participants Is The Responsibility Of The Ordering Party. Immediately After Concluding The Contract, The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With A List Of Participants. Number Of Hours: Minimum 8 Hours Of Theoretical And Practical Classes, Including 3 Hours. Theoretical Classes And 5 Hours Of Practical Classes Per Training Participant. Theoretical Preparation In Soldering Techniques, Preparation Of Materials And Tools;3. Theoretical Learning Of Soldering Techniques;4. Practical Exercises In Flame Brazing, Including The Use Of Method 912;5. Practical Classes Involving Soldering Copper Elements And Pipes With Diameters From ¼” To 1”;6. Making Copper-Phosphorus Solders By Participants;7. Demonstration Of Making Silver Solders (Joining Elements Made Of Copper And Its Alloy);8. Performing Tightness Tests Of Connections Made;9.
