The Subject Of The Order Is Constant, 24-Hour-A-Day Operation And Maintenance Of The Water Treatment Station (Suw), Water Intakes, Retention Tanks, Sanitary And Storm Sewage Pumping Stations, Networks And Connections, As Well As Water And Sewage Installations Together With External Networks, Consisting In Maintaining The Above-Mentioned Infrastructure In Constant Technical Efficiency In The Facilities And Areas Of Military Complexes No. 6033 And 5253 Soi Gdynia Babie Pits.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain The Quality Of Water Intended For Human Consumption In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of December 7, 2017 On The Quality Of Water Intended For Human Consumption Pursuant To Art. 13 Of June 7, 2001, Collective Water Supply And Collective Sewage Disposal (Journal Of Laws 2024.757, I.E. Of May 20, 2024). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To Swz.4. Pursuant To Article 95(1) Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires The Employment Of A Contractor Or A Subcontractor Under The Contract For The Execution Of The Order. O The Work Of Persons Performing The Following Activities: • Operation Of A Water Station, • Service In The Field Of Repair And Maintenance Of Pumps, • Operation Of Water Intakes, • Services In The Field Of Repair And Maintenance Of Water Meters, • Operation Of The Sewage Network. The Method Of Documenting The Employment And Control Of The Contractor, Subcontractor Or Further Subcontractor By The Ordering Party In Terms Of Employment Requirements Is Specified In The Draft Contract (Annex No. 10 To The Swz). This Requirement Applies To Persons Who Perform Activities Directly Related To Performing Services, I.E. So-Called Manual Workers (This Obligation Does Not Apply To Situations Where These Works Will Be Performed Independently And Personally By Natural Persons Running A Business In The Form Of So-Called Self-Employment).
