The Subject Of The Order Is: Provision Of Transport Services In The Field Of Transport Of Students From The M. Zaruski Primary School In Puck To Educational Places In Gdynia As Part Of The Project: Zaruski School - The School Of Tomorrow Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The Program: European Funds For Pomerania 2021-2027. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed On The Days Of Teaching And Educational Classes In The Period From The Date Of Signing Contract Until June 24, 2027, With The Proviso That The Contract For The Provision Of The Service Being The Subject Of The Order Is Deemed To Have Been Completed Also If The Amount Of The Contractors Remuneration Specified In The Contract Has Been Exhausted. Transport Services For Students Will Be Provided To The Following Places: A) 48 Trips To The Experyment Center/Science And Technology Park In Gdynia (Approx. 50 Students + Guardians Each) B) 24 Trips To The Aquarium In Gdynia (Approx. 25 Students + Guardians) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Resign From Implementing Part Of The Order, But Not More Than 10% Of The Planned Scope Of The Order. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party In This Respect. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In This Annex.
