1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of The Task Entitled: Mapping Services - Carrying Out Surveying Work Consisting In The Division Of Plot No. 187/4, Nowina District, Chełm Commune. 2. As Part Of The Task, A Part Of The Plot Owned By Chełm County, Marked No. 187/4, Located Within Nowina, Chełm Commune, Should Be Allocated Under The Act Of August 21, 1997 On Real Estate Management (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1145, As Amended).1) As Part Of The Subject Order, In Addition To The Technical Report Submitted To Podgik In Chełm, Submit The Resulting Documentation, Which Should Consist Of A Division Map (5 Copies In Paper Form). As A Result Of The Work Performed, The Contractor Will Prepare Documentation To Introduce Changes In The Land And Building Records. In Order To Update The Graphic Part Of The Egib Database, The Contractor Will Submit Batch Files In The Form Of Kcd, Txt Or Gml. The Contractor Will Mark The Established Boundary Points Of The Division Project With Wooden Stakes. The Results Of The Work Will Be Presented In The Field To The Parties And The Ordering Party. 2) The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Work Performed, Counting From The Date Of Acceptance Of All The Works Into The National Geodetic And Cartographic Resource. The Contractor Undertakes To Remove Any Defects Discovered During The Warranty Period Within One Month From The Date Of Their Discovery.3) The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Contract With Due Diligence, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Applicable Law. By Due Diligence, The Parties Understand The Performance Of The Contract In A Meticulous And Reliable Manner, Taking Into Account The Professional Nature Of The Contractors Business.
