Subject Of The Construction Project The Subject Of The Construction Project Is The Renovation Of The Road Bridge Over Młynówka, Located At The Exit From The District Road No. 1360D, On Plots No. 126/3 And 273/7 (Properties At Obornicka Street No. 12 And 14) At Km 2+190 Of The District Road In Lubnów. The Scope Of The Task Includes: 1.Replacement Of The Reinforced Concrete Deck Slab.2. Securing The Bridge Supports.3.Securing The Wings Of The Supports Against Further Movement.4.Securing The Expansion Zone Of The Span.5.Securing The Expansion Zone Of The Wings.6.Constructing An Asphalt Surface On The Facility And Access Roads.7.Replacing Steel Balustrades.8.Reconstructing The Existing Slope Reinforcement.The Ordering Party Requires The Appointment Of A Construction Manager. The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Install An Information Board On A Post Within The Facility Confirming That The Use Of The Property Is Based On An Agreement Concluded With The State Water Management Company Wody Polskie. The Information Board Should Have Dimensions Of 30 Cm X 20 Cm, Made Of Pvc, The Content Should Be Agreed With The Ordering Party. Attention!1. The Contractor Is Obliged To Notify The Tenants 3 Days In Advance About The Date Of Planned Construction Works Within The Bridge And The Date Of Commencement Of Construction Works. Additional Information:1. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To A) Provide The Necessary Supervision, B) Prepare: As-Built Geodetic Inventory, C) Obtain The Necessary Formal Approvals To Carry Out Construction Works. The Ordering Party Will Demand The Use Of Grade I Materials For The Execution Of The Order, With The Necessary Certificates And Approvals For Use. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With Documents Regarding The Materials Used Before Their Installation. All Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Standards. During The Performance Of The Works That Are The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Proper Order And Order In The Area Covered By The Works, As Well As Compliance With Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Safety Regulations. The Contractor Is Liable For Damages Incurred In Connection With The Execution Of The Order And As A Result Of Other Actions Of Persons Employed By The Contractor. The Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order Must Be Accompanied By The Necessary Certificates And Will Take Place After The Delivery Of The As-Built Report, Including Photographic Documentation Of The Disappearing Works. The Costs Of Disposal Of The Resulting Waste And Obtaining All Permits, Certificates And Other Necessary Studies Remain With The Contractor. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers.
