3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Regeneration And Repair Of Spare Parts For The Mechanism Of Grates Installed At The Waste Thermal Processing Plant In Krakow.3.2. The Order Is Divided Into 2 Stages: 3.2.1. Stage I: Preparatory Work (Cleaning, Dismantling, Checking Dimensions, Checking Condition And Measurements, Overall Assessment). For This Purpose, The Contractor Prepares A List Of Parts That Are Subject To Replacement. If The Visual Inspection And Tests Do Not Reveal Any Material Defects, The Contractor Will Proceed With Further Work, And If The Assessment Reveals Cracks Or Other Damage, The Contractor Is Obliged To Inform The Ordering Party, Who Will Decide On Further Actions. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Complete The Work At This Stage. The Contractor Is Obliged To Evaluate Each Stage Of Work Separately. If It Is Not Possible To Proceed To The Next Stage, The Ordering Party Will Make Payment Only For The Stage Actually Completed. – Stage Value Max. Up To 30% Of The Total Order Value.3.2.2. Stage Ii: Regeneration And Repair Of Spare Partsthe Amount Of Remuneration Due For The Implementation Of Stage Ii Will Be Determined On The Basis Of The Actual Number Of Parts Regeneration Services Performed, According To The Unit Prices Specified In Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Unit Price Form. The Basis For Settlement Will Be The Report Prepared By The Contractor And Approved By The Ordering Party. - Stage Value Max. 70% Of The Total Order Value.3.3.
