Preparation Of Design Documentation Specifying The Work Schedule Together With Obtaining The Necessary Opinions, Arrangements And Preparing Materials For Submitting An Application In Order To Obtain A Decision On The Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment (Zrid) Or Obtaining The Necessary Permit/Notification In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law On Behalf Of And For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party And Obtaining Other Administrative Decisions Necessary To Implement The Investment Task In Question Based On Stwiorb And The Relevant Provisions Rights. 1.2. Comprehensive Execution Of Construction Works Based On Approved Design Documentation For The Modernization Of Ul. Casimir Iii The Great And Władysław The Elbow-High In Łęczyca; 1.3. Performing Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction Works Based On The Design Documentation That Is The Subject Of The Order. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, Program Assumptions, And Standard Of Execution Are Described In The Functional And Utility Program Entitled Construction Of Municipal Roads In The Area Of The Królów Polskich Estate In Łęczyca, Together With Drainage Constituting Annex No. 5 To This Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Note To The Functional And Utility Program Entitled Construction Of Municipal Roads In The Królów Polskich Estate In Łęczyca, Including Drainage: The Ordering Party Informs That On The Basis Of The Published Functional And Utility Program, Only The Construction Of Ul. Casimir Iii The Great And Władysław The Elbow-High, Along With Drainage Through The Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System And The Construction Of A Retention Reservoir To Which Water From The Entire Investment Area Will Be Drained.
