The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Recreational And Sports Services - The Purchase Of Sports Cards For Approximately 185 People - Employees Of The Zus Branch In Legnica And Local Organizational Units, Consisting In Providing Access To Recreational And Sports Facilities And Activities Based On The Delivered Personal Cards As Part Of A Monthly Subscription, Throughout The Country, And In Particular In The Following Towns: Legnica, Lubin, Głogów, Jawor, Polkowice, Bolesławiec, Zlotoryja. The Contract Is Valid From The Date Of Its Conclusion. Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract From The 1St Day Of The Month Following The Date Of Transfer Of Name Cards Enabling Participants To Use Recreational And Sports Facilities, But Not Earlier Than From June 1, 2026 For A Period Of 12 Months Or Until The Funds Provided For The Execution Of The Order Are Exhausted.
