Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of Hardware Equipment and License and Software Renewal. COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Interested Firms are to collect the Standard Bidding Document from the office of the Director of Procurement, Federal University of Technology, Ikot Abasi on evidence of payment of non-refundable fee of N10,000.00 per lot, through remita platform in any Commercial Bank of their choice in favour of Federal University of Technology, Ikot Abasi. Evidence of such payment is to be presented at the cash office, Bursary Department for official receipt. 4a. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS (Category A) Prospective bidders are to submit bid for the advertised Lots, Two (2) hard copies of each of the Technical and Financial bids packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as Technical Bid or Financial Bid. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope and addressed to The Vice Chancellor, Federal University of Technology, Ikot Abasi, PMB 1055 Ikot Abasi, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria and clearly marked with (the name of the project and Lot number). 4b. SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST Prospective Applicants are to submit two (2) hard copies of Expression of Interest Documents in a sealed envelope and addressed to The Vice Chancellor, Federal University of Technology Ikot Abasi, P.M.B 1055, Ikot Abasi, Akwa Ibom State. Furthermore, the reverse side of the envelope should be clearly marked with the name and address of the bidder and dropped in the designated tender box at the Senate Chamber, Federal University of Technology, Ikot Abasi not later than 12:00 Noon on Monday, 16th March, 2026. The working hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm on weekdays, excluding weekends. 5. OPENING OF BIDS The Tender documents will be opened immediately after the close of the submission by 12:00 noon on Monday, 16th March, 2026 in the Senate Chamber, Federal University of Technology, Ikot Abasi, Akwa Ibom State in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Please ensure that you sign the bid submission Register in the Directorate of Procurement of the University as the University will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids.
