The Assignment Concerns The Purchase Of Circular Furniture For Both The Furniture Used In Offices And In Educational Environments. This Can Be Either New Circular Furniture Or Existing (External, Overhauled) Circular Furniture. The Assignment Varies From Standard Furniture (Including Office Chairs, Desks, Conference Furniture, Cabinets, Call Boxes, Etc.) To Custom Work. This Also Concerns New Design Projects Such As Setting Up Eat-Meet-Work Environments. In Addition, Advice And Service In The Areas Of Warranties And Repairs And Lifespan Extension Are Part Of The Assignment. It Is Not Possible To Make A Division Into Years That Gives A Realistic Picture Of The Estimated Decrease Per Year. The Decrease In The Number Of Pieces Of Furniture And The Indication Of The Total Value Of The Order Is Not Fixed In Advance. The Client Has No Purchase Obligation. If It Turns Out That Significantly Less Is Purchased During The Term, The Tenderer Is Also Not Entitled To Compensation. The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Is Set At € 4,000,000 Including Vat Over The Entire Term Of The Agreement. This Takes Into Account Future Indexations, Sustainability And Projects That May Require Larger Purchases Of Furniture. If The Specified Scope Is Realized Earlier Than The End Date Of The Framework Agreement, The Agreement Will End.
