The Estonian Forensic Institute Wishes To Purchase A Real-Time Polymerase Chain Reaction-Based Test System (Hereinafter: The Test System) That Can Measure The Dna Content Of Human Origin In Samples Examined For Forensic Purposes. Simultaneously With The Measurement Of The Dna Content Of Human Origin, The Test System To Be Purchased Must Enable The Assessment Of The Amount Of Dna Of Male Origin In The Sample, The Degree Of Dna Degradation And The Presence Of Inhibitors. The Duration Of The Concluded Framework Agreement Is 36 Months.
