The Tilapalvelut Liikelaisto Of The City Of Espoo (Later The Client) Is Asking For Bids For The Renovation Of The Yard Of The Matinkylä Daycare Center As A Complete Contract. A More Detailed Description Of The Procurement Can Be Found In Appendix 1 Of The Request For Tenders, Contract Program. Familiarization Visit: The Tenderer Must Familiarize Himself With The Site Before Submitting The Offer. The Customer Will Select One Supplier Based On The Tender. The Preliminary (Contract/Implementation) Period Is 18 May 2026 – 18 September 2026. The Form Of The Contract Is A Complete Contract. All Work Presented In The Tender Documents Is Included In The Total Contract. The Selected Supplier Acts As The Main Contractor In The Project And As The Main Implementer In Accordance With The Government Decree On The Safety Of Construction Work (2009/205). The Customer Does Not Commit To The Announced Procurement Quantities.
