The Procurement Has Not Been Divided Into Parts, As It Is The Procurement Of One Service Package. Alternative Offers Are Not Permitted. The Procurement Quantities Presented In The Request For Tender Are Estimates, And The Contract Does Not Constitute A Quantity Purchase Obligation For The Customer Or An Exclusive Right To Provide The Service For The Service Provider.
