The Pirkanmaa Welfare Area Is Preparing The Purchase Of Access Control. The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Procurement Of The Integration Platform For Security Systems (Including An Independently Functioning Access Control System), An Independently Functioning Wireless Access Control System And The Maintenance, Repair And Maintenance Works Of The Abloy Os, Pacom Gms And Timecon 22 Access Control Systems Owned By The Pirkanmaa Welfare Area, As Well As Their Expansion. It Is Planned To Publish The Actual Tender Request For The Procurement As Soon As Possible After Processing The Responses To The Request For Information. The Procurement Is Divided Into Sub-Areas As Follows: Sub-Area 1: Procurement Of A Security Systems Integration Platform (Including An Independently Functioning Access Control System) Sub-Area 2: Procurement Of An Independently Functioning Wireless Access Control System Sub-Area 3: Abloy Os Access Control System Maintenance, Repair And Maintenance Work And Expansion Sub-Area 4: Pacom Gms Access Control System Maintenance, Repair And Maintenance Work And Expansion Sub-Area 5 Timecon Maintenance, Repair And Maintenance Work And Expansion Of 22 Access Control Systems On February 6, 2026, The Procurement Unit Published A Previous Request For Information Regarding This Same Procurement, In Which Bidders Interested In The Procurement Were Offered The Opportunity To Familiarize Themselves With The Preliminary Bidding Material Prepared By The Procurement Unit By Then. With This Request For Information, Bidders Interested In The Procurement Are Given Yet Another Opportunity To Familiarize Themselves With And Comment On The Tender Material, Which Has Been Prepared In Much More Detail, Which Is Largely Intended To Be Used As Such In The Request For Tender. However, The Goal Of This Request For Information Is Also To Obtain Comprehensive Information About The Features And Functions Of The Systems And Service, So That The Future Tender Can Be Carried Out In The Most Appropriate Way. This Is A Request For Information To Potential Service Providers, Not An Advance Notice, A Procurement Notice Or A Request For Tender. The Request For Information And The Answers Received Are Not Binding On Either Party. Answering A Request For Information Does Not Oblige You To Make An Offer At A Later Stage. Answering The Request For Information Also Does Not Affect The Potential Bidders Position In The Actual Tender, And Those Who Answered The Request For Information Are Not Compensated For Participating. The Information Regarding The Procurement May Change In The Final Tender Request. The Draft Rfp Published As An Attachment To The Request For Information (Appendix 1) Is A Draft Version That Is Still Missing Some Things That Will Be Added To The Final Rfp To Be Published. Such Issues Include The Scoring Model, Contract Drafts And The Integration Requirements Of The Systems To Be Connected To The Security Systems Integration Platform.
