The Owner Is Adding A New Dehumidification Unit Installed On A Structural Steel Stand At The Back Side Of The Property. .2 This Contract Calls For The Removal Of Two Existing Dehumidification Units, Piping & Controls. .3 The Contractor Will Provide For Rigging And Crane Services For Removal Of Existing Units And Placement Of New Unit. .4 In Removing Existing Units, The Contractor Will Be Responsible For The Removal, Recovery And Disposal Of Existing Refrigerant Prior To Removing Ceiling Suspended Units. .5 Controls: It Is The Intent That The New Dehumidification System Will Be Supplied Complete With Factory Controllers (Bacnet Compatible).
