The Purpose Of The Missions Of This Framework Agreement Is To Carry Out, On Behalf Of The Project Manager, And On The Indication Of The Project Manager, Precise Topographical Surveys (Terrestrial Method) In Order To Ensure That The Works Carried Out (Or In Progress) By The Companies Holding The Works Contracts, Comply With The Contractual Requirements In Planimetry And Altimetry. The External Control Aims To Assure The Project Owner Of The Good Quality Of The Works. It Is Not Intended To Replace The Internal Control Of The Companies Or/And The Various Missions Of The Project Manager. External Control Is Deemed To Know All The Legislative And Regulatory Provisions Relating To Site Safety And The Health Of Workers That May Apply.
