Within Ile-De-France Mobilités, The Infrastructure Department Ensures Project Management Of Transport Projects. These Projects Cover Different Modes Of Transport: Tramway, Tram-Train, Public Transport On Own Site (Tcsp), Bus Operational Center, Maintenance And Storage Center, Etc. Its Mission Is Also The Acquisition Or Leasing Of Existing Bus Depots Or Buildings/Land Intended To Become Bus Depots In The Long Term. As Part Of These Operations, The Problem Of Technical, Geological And Hydrogeological Feasibility, The Problem Linked To The Management Of Polluted Sites And Soils As Well As The Pollution Of Asphalt Are To Be Understood Upstream. In Order To Anticipate Geotechnical And Environmental Constraints, Ile-De-France Mobilités Wishes To Join The Services And Skills Of A Service Provider For Carrying Out Geotechnical Studies, Research For Pollution In Soils, Groundwater And Diagnosis Of Asbestos And Pahs In The Coatings. Several Projects May Require These Services, Simultaneously, In The Same Year. Taking Into Account The Number Of Sites To Be Studied, The Associated Length And The Planning Of The Design Studies Which Depends On The Realization Of The Services Covered By This Contract, Ile-De-France Mobilités Expects The Mobilization Of The Human And Material Resources Of The Holder And Its Responsiveness Are Tested And Adapted To The Scale And Multiplicity Of The Services Requested, In Order To Respect The Set Deadlines. The Services Provided By The Holder Are Managed And Controlled By The Project Manager Of The Operation (Hereinafter Referred To As “Moe”) Or The Project Management Assistant Of Ile-De-France Mobilités (Hereinafter Referred To As The Amo/Moe). The Holder Of The Framework Agreement Is Referred To Under The Name “Holder” In The Documents Contractual.
