Descriptionsandefjord Municipality, Hereinafter Referred To As The Client, Aims To Enter Into A Framework Agreement For The Purchase Of Painting Services (Both Outdoors And Indoors), Flooring And Wallpapering With The Option Of Bringing Materials/Equipment To The Assignments. The Client Can Choose To Use Its Own Framework Agreement For The Purchase Of Painting Materials/Coverings. The Supplier Provides Material For All Tasks To Be Carried Out By The Supplier, Unless The Client Requires Otherwise. In Those Cases Where The Client Procures The Material Itself, The Contract Supplier Must Use Such Material Without A Mark-Up In The Agreed Prices For This Contract. Sandefjord Municipality Has Overall Operation And Maintenance Responsibility For All Municipally Owned And Leased Buildings. The Building Mass Includes Approx. 400,000 Sq M. This Agreement Covers The Municipalitys Purpose-Built Buildings, Including Schools, Nurseries, Nursing Homes, Offices, Sports Halls And Cultural Buildings.
