When Using A Subcontractor For The Execution Of The Order, The Payments Under The Contract Are Made In Compliance With The Conditions Of Art. 66 Of The Zop. Award Criterion: The Most Economically Advantageous Offer Is Determined On The Basis Of The Lowest Price Criterion. There Is No Limit To The Number Of Individual Positions That Can Be Assigned To One Contractor. For The Separate Items Containing Nomenclature Lines, The Condition Of Completeness Of The Proposal For The Separate Item Is Mandatory.
