The Subject Of The Order Includes Delivery Ex-Stock To The Contracting Authority Of Spare Parts For Heating Equipment For Subscriber Stations, Produced By Danfoss, With Technical Characteristics, Types And Quantities According To The Technical Specification (Element Of The Participation Documentation). The Spare Parts Are Intended To Cover The Arising Needs Of Replacement Of Defective Heating Equipment In The Subscriber Stations For The 2026/2027 Season. The Main Parameters And Requirements That Must Be Met By The Goods Subject To The Order Are According To The Technical Specification (An Element Of The Participation Documentation). The Requirements Of The Technical Specification Are Considered Mandatory Minimum Requirements For Tenders. For Each Specific Standard, Specification, Technical Evaluation, Technical Approval Or Technical Reference Specified In The Technical Specification, The Contracting Authority Shall Also Accept An Equivalent.
