The Person Exercising Construction Supervision Is Responsible For: 1. Legal Start Of Construction; 2. Implementation Of Control Regarding The Completeness And Correct Compilation Of Acts And Protocols During Construction; 3. Suspension Of Constructions That Are Carried Out Under The Conditions Of Art. 224, Para. 1 And Art. 225, Para. 2 And In Violation Of The Requirements Of Art. 169, Para. 1 And 3; 4. Implementation Of Control Regarding Compliance With The Requirements For Health And Safety Working Conditions In Construction; 5. Preventing Damage To Third Parties And Property As A Result Of The Construction. After Completion Of Construction And Assembly Works For The Object/Construction, For Which The Contractor Exercised Construction Supervision During Construction, A Final Report Is Prepared To The Contracting Authority, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Zut And Technical Passport Of The Construction.
