The Subject Of The Public Procurement Provides For The Provision Of Services In Compliance With The Requirements Of The Law On Waste Management And The Provision Of A Quality Service By The Municipality Of Razgrad To Individuals And Legal Entities Regarding The Collection And Transportation Of Household Waste To Facilities And Installations For Their Treatment. Brief Description Of The Activities Within The Scope Of The Order - For The Needs Of This Order, The Implementation Of Activities Is Foreseen For: Ensuring And Maintaining Cleanliness, Summer Cleaning, Snow Removal And Winter Maintenance Of Streets And Places For Public Use In The Territory Of The City Of Razgrad And The Settlements Of The Municipality Of Razgrad; Transportation And Unloading Of The Collected Waste Only At The Installations And Facilities Of The Regional Landfill For Non-Hazardous Waste In The City Of Razgrad, And Avoiding Risks Of Forming Unregulated Landfills; Transportation Of Waste Collected By The Population During Officially Announced City-Wide Or National Events Or Initiatives For Sanitizing Populated Areas; Cleaning Of Streets And Sidewalks After A Traffic Accident; Reducing The Risk Of Pollution Of Streets And Places For Public Use On The Territory Of The Town Of Razgrad And The Populated Areas Of The Municipality Of Razgrad; Minimizing Risks To Human Health And The Environment; Improvement Of Environmental And Physical Infrastructures; Improvement Of The Sanitary And Hygienic Conditions Of The Settlement From The Territory Of Razgrad Municipality; Construction And/Or Maintenance Of A Gps System For Collecting And Processing Data From Garbage Collection Vehicles That Directly Perform Activities Under This Public Order, With Access To The Contractors System To Control The Quality Of The Services Performed And To Specify The Quantity And Volume Of The Work Performed If Necessary; Control And Inspection For Permitted Contamination Around The Waste Containers And Along The Transport Route; Ensuring High-Quality Performance Of The Service, In Compliance With The Requirements Of The Waste Management Act, The Environmental Protection Act, The Road Traffic Act And All Other Legal Acts Related To The Subject Of The Order.
