Lot 1 - Hiring A Company To Provide On-Site Service In Information Technology - It, Configuration And Maintenance And Repair Of Internal Computer Network (Intranet). The Systems Analyst Must Perform, Among Others, The Following Activities:• Technically Support All City Hall Secretariats And Bodies In Defining Requirements And Preparing Technical Specifications For The Acquisition Or Contracting Of Goods And Technological And Communication Services. • Analyze Technical And Commercial Proposals From Companies Suppliers Of Software, Hardware, Cloud Services, Automation And Communication Solutions, Issuing Technical Opinion To Support Management Decisions. • Assist In The Preparation, Review And Monitoring Of Terms Of Reference, Preliminary Technical Studies And Other Documents Necessary For Technology And Communication Contracts. • Act As Technical Support For The Management Of Technology And Communication Contracts, Monitoring Contractual Execution, Deadlines, Service Levels (Sla) And Quality Of Deliveries. • Mediate And Intervene With The Companies Responsible For The Contracted Systems And Services, Whenever Failures, Technical Nonconformities Or The Need For Adjustments Occur, Seeking A Quick Solution And Preserving The Public Interest. • Guide Demanding Areas Regarding The Correct Use Of Existing Systems, Recording Necessary Improvements And Suggesting Improvements To Work Processes. • Support In The Analysis Of Integration Between Systems, Databases And Routines, Identifying Risks, Dependencies And Impacts On Administrative Activities. • Support In The Definition Of Minimum Standards For Information Security, Backup And Continuity Of Services Related To Systems Used By The Municipality.
