(1) The Subject Of This Order Is: A. The Conclusion Of A Partial Framework Agreement That Determines The Conditions And Procedure For Concluding Individual Orders For Delivery And Assembly Services Of E-Ink Displays And The Delivery Of Eink Displays In Various Sizes, Designs And Types Of Assembly B. Assembly Of The Delivered Indicators And Taking Preventative Measures And Troubleshooting (System Service) Of These Indicators, C. The Provision And Operation Of A Passenger Information System (Fis) Based On A Software As A Service Model (Saas) And Connection To The Clients Data Interfaces, D. The Integration Of The Displays Into An Overall Passenger Information System And Making The Overall Passenger Information System Operational While Ensuring Overall Availability, E. Provision Of Support Services F. Complete Documentation Of All Services G. The Assumption Of Instructions And Training H. The Project Management For The Addition Of The Solution Offered To The Client By The Contractor, (2) The Complete Delivery, Assembly And Integration Of The Displays As Well As The Provision Of The Cloud Service Must Be Completed By December 15, 2026 At The Latest. This Execution Period Is Relevant To Contractual Penalties. (3) The Services Form A Material, Economic And Legal Unit. It Is Essential To The Contract For The Client That The Contractor Establishes The Functionality Of The Overall System Agreed In This Contract And Takes All The Necessary Steps For This. (4) The Term Of The Partial Framework Agreement Is Limited To A Maximum Of 8 Years.
