Event Services – Conception And Implementation Of The Participatory Participation Format Storytelling Salons To Activate And Network Civil Society In The Rhenish District.. The Format Is A Four-Year Funding Project With An Implementation Period From September 1St, 2025 To August 31St, 2029. The Project Is Financed Through The Federal Funding Program Stark - Strengthening The Transformation Dynamics And New Beginnings In The Areas And At The Coal-Fired Power Plant Locations And Is Co-Financed By The State Of North Rhine-Westphalia. The Aim Of The Project Is To Implement The Previously Described Participation Format In Indeland And Its Surroundings. The Format Enables The Structured Recording And Visualization Of Personal And Location-Related Experiences In The Context Of Structural Change In The Rhenish District. It Is Intended To Contribute To The Activation Of Civil Society, The Networking Of Relevant Regional Actors And The Strengthening Of Social Dialogue By Establishing Storytelling And Listening As Central Tools For Helping To Shape The Transformation. As Part Of The Project, A Total Of Up To 34 Storytelling Salons Will Be Held In A Total Of Eight Municipalities In The Rhenish District. These Include The Seven Shareholder Communities Of Indeland Gmbh, Some Of Which Are Located In The Hambach Opencast Mining Field, As Well As Another Community In The Vicinity Of The Garzweiler Opencast Mine. At Least Three And A Maximum Of Four Storytelling Salons Must Be Implemented In Each Municipality. In Addition, Two Regional Storytelling Salons Are To Be Designed And Implemented As Cross-Community Exchange Formats For Networking And Exchanging Experiences Between The Communities Involved. The Storytelling Salons Are To Be Designed As Moderated Participation Formats. The Content Is Aligned Along The Topics Of The Past, Present And Future Of The Rhenish District. The Stories Must Be Audiovisually Recorded And Transcribed. In Addition, As Part Of The Advertised Service, A Further Training Program Must Be Designed And Implemented That Enables Participants To Initiate And Carry Out Storytelling Salons Independently. The Materials Created In The Project Are Used For Public Preparation And Further Use By The Client, In Particular As Preparation For A Book Publication, Municipal Brochures And For The Content Preparation Of A Traveling Exhibition In A Subsequent Project Step. The Contractor Participates In Quality Assurance And Evaluation Accompanying The Project, Including The Provision Of Project-Related Data, Technical Reflection On The Formats And The Realization Of An Opening Event And A Closing Event With A Conference. The Project Begins Immediately After The Order Is Placed And Runs Until August 31, 2029. Further Information Can Be Found In The Tender Documents.
