The Municipality Of Den Helder Intends To Enter Into A Framework Agreement With One Contractor For The Provision Of Adequate Employees Who Will Process Applications For Environmental Permits On Behalf Of The Municipality Of Den Helder Within The Framework Of The Environment Act. The Municipality Of Den Helder Expects That Approximately 110 Applications Per Year Will Be Transferred To The Contractor In This Context. The Municipality Of Den Helder Will Process The Other Incoming Applications Itself. The Stated Number Of 110 Applications Per Year Is An Estimate From Which No Rights Can Be Derived.
