The Object Of The Procurement Is Communal Living Intended For Elderly Customers In Accordance With Section 21 Of The Social Care Act, Which Forms A Service Package Together With Home Care And Social Interaction Activities. In Addition To This, The Scope Of The Procurement Includes Meal Services As A Support Service And A Security Assistance Service Organized As Another Social Service. The Service Provider Is Responsible For The Security Assistance Service Between 7:00 A.M. And 10:00 P.M. At Other Times, The Subscriber Is Responsible For The Service. Community Housing Customers Ability To Function Has Decreased. Their Need For Treatment And Care Has Increased Due To Advanced Age, Illness, Disability Or Other Similar Reason. As A Rule, Customers Who Are Referred To Shared Housing Are 65 Years Of Age Or Older. Their Need For Treatment And Care Has Increased, But They Do Not Yet Need Round-The-Clock Care. A Customer Of Shared Housing Can Also Have A Family Care Customership (Act On Family Care Support 937/2005). The Procurement Unit Selects All Service Providers Who Have Submitted An Offer In Accordance With The Request For Tenders And Meet The Set Suitability And Minimum Requirements To Produce The Service. The Priority Order Of Service Providers Is Formed According To The Final Result Of The Offer Comparison. The Contract Does Not Oblige The Service Provider To Provide The Service To The Subscriber, But The Service Provider Offers The Service Within The Limits Of Its Capacity. After Receiving A Customer-Specific Order, The Service Provider Must Implement The Service In Accordance With The Order And Contract. Services Are Purchased As Needed And Services Are Paid For According To Their Use. More Detailed Criteria For The Procurement Object Are Described In The Request For Tenders And Its Appendices. The Customer Organizes The Services That Are The Subject Of Procurement As His Own Operation. Purchase Quantities May Change As Customer Needs, Ways Of Organizing The Service Or Their Priorities Change.
