The Scope Of Works To Be Performed Includes Construction Of A Toilet For Disabled People On The Ground Floor, Including Demolition And Construction Works, Creation Of A Toilet Room On The Ground Floor, Connection To Existing Ventilation Installations, Construction Of Water And Sewage Installations With Connection To Existing Risers, Finishing Works. 2) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Design Documentation (Appendix No. 3 To The Swz), B) Bill Of Quantities (Appendix No. 4 To The Swz), C) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Appendix No. 5 To The Swz), D) Designed Contractual Provisions (Appendix No. 6 To The Swz), - Hereinafter Collectively Referred To As The Documentation. 3) The Ordering Party Informs That The Building At 10 Jana Pawła Ii Street Is Entered In The Register Of Monuments Of The Silesian Voivodeship - Monument Register Number A/605/2020. 4) The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Guarantee And Warranty For The Subject Of The Order For A Period In Accordance With The Contractors Offer, But Not Shorter Than 60 Months, Counting From The Day Following The Day Of The Protocol Acceptance Without Reservations Of The Entire Subject Of The Order, Performed Under The Conditions Specified In The Terms Of Reference (Swz) And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. 5) The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Contract Without Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Product Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor. If The Documentation Constituting The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Contains References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. The Use Of A Given Standard, Technical Assessment, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference System In The Documentation Is Only Intended To Clarify The Level Of Expectations Of The Ordering Party In Relation To A Specific Material/Device/Product. 6) The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Works Will Be Performed In An Active Building Used By Employees. It Is Required That Works Causing A Lot Of Noise (E.G. Drilling, Chiselling, Etc.) Or Interfering With The Functioning Of The Siemianowice Śląskie City Hall Should Be Performed From Monday To Friday After The Offices Opening Hours, I.E.: On Monday After 5 P.M., From Tuesday To Thursday After 4 P.M., And On Friday After 2 P.M.
