Work Detail
Fire Doors – Adaptation Of Doors And Windows In The Municipal Hospital To Fire Protection Conditions. Franciszek Raszeja In Poznań. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Adapt The Doors And Windows In The Municipal Hospital To Fire Protection Conditions. Franciszek Raszeja In Poznań. 2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Requirements Related To Its Implementation Are Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Which Constitutes Its Integral Part. The Construction Works Accompanying The Order Will Be Carried Out On An Active Hospital Facility, Which The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Work Organization Schedule. 3. The Ordering Party Does Not Impose Any Restrictions As To The Origin Of The Contractor Or The Subject Of The Order In Terms Of Market Availability And Participation In This Procedure. 4. The Order Is Not Divided Into Parts. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers. An Offer May Be Submitted For The Entire Order. Reasons For Not Dividing The Contract Into Parts: The Ordering Party Did Not Divide The Contract Into Parts Due To The Risk Of Excessive Technical Difficulties And The Possibility Of Excessive Costs Of Contract Execution. The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Different Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Contract Could Seriously Jeopardize The Proper Performance Of The Contract. Additionally, The Division Of The Subject Of The Order Would Require Additional Supervision And Coordination Of The Order Execution, And Thus Increase Operational Costs On The Part Of The Ordering Party. Failure To Divide The Order Is Dictated By Technical And Organizational Reasons And The Nature Of The Subject Of The Order. The Possible Division Of The Contract Into Lots Would Not Increase Competitiveness In The Sector Of Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises - The Scope Of The Contract Is Typical, Enabling Contractors From The Group Of Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises To Submit An Offer. 5. On-Site Visit - The Ordering Party Informs That In Accordance With Art. 131 Section 2 Point 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, An On-Site Inspection Is Provided For In The Proceedings In Question. Failure To Participate In The On-Site Visit Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party Informs That In The Proceedings In Question, The Offer Is Submitted After An On-Site Visit. Local Visition Dates: March 16, 2026, 10:00 March 23, 2026 10:00
