The Order Is Not Divided Into Parts. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers. An Offer May Be Submitted For The Entire Order. Reasons For Not Dividing The Contract Into Parts: The Ordering Party Did Not Divide The Contract Into Parts Due To The Risk Of Excessive Technical Difficulties And The Possibility Of Excessive Costs Of Contract Execution. The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Different Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Contract Could Seriously Jeopardize The Proper Performance Of The Contract.
